SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Packages will be shipped by either USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered in USPS or UPS, or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address. We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered.
You'll receive an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email and an email confirming your package has been delivered. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at inhalecandlebar@gmail.com
If your order is missing or lost, your first step would be to contact your mail carrier. Also if you live in an apartment community, please double check your leasing/mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages have been turned over to the carrier we only have access to the same delivery information that you see on your end.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns/refunds policy for general dissatisfaction. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email us with your order number to info@freeformnaturals.com within 3 days of delivery. No returns will be granted following the three days after delivery.
To report damaged/incorrect items, please email inhalecandlebar@gmail.com along with your order number. This is a necessary step for our claims process. One thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process. please pack items securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. *You will be responsible for the return shipping*
CANDLE MAKING EXPERIENCE DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a full refund. YOU MUST cancel within 24 Hours of your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, you WILL NOT receive any refund.
Refunds within 24 hours will only be granted if an inconvenience occurs on behalf of Inhale Candle Bar.
